Can I choose a double bed or 2 single beds in the room?

Standard rooms are equipped with only 1 double bed 140 cm wide. In the Comfort and Family rooms, you can choose between 1 double bed or 2 single beds.

Can I check in before 2 PM?

The early check-in service from 06 to 14 hours (at the price of 50% of the cost of the day) is provided if the room of your chosen category is available at the time of your arrival.

You can also leave your belongings at the hotel for free until you check in.

Or book another night and check in at any time, starting from 14 hours of the previous day, with advance notice of the arrival time.

Can I check out later than 12 o'clock?

Late check-out service from 12 to 20 hours (at the price of 50% of the cost of the day) is provided if the room of your chosen category is available on the day of departure.

You can also leave your belongings at the hotel for free until your departure.

My wife and I booked a room for two. But now my sister wants to go with us. Will she be able to live with us in the same room on extra bed?

I arrive in Saint Petersburg by plane. How do I get to the hotel? Do you provide a transfer service?

Contact us in advance by phone+7 967 979-5665 or write to elefant.spb.hotel@gmail.com and let us know the date and time of arrival. We will order a taxi for You and let you know the approximate cost of the trip. You can use the taxi service at any time of your stay.

I booked a room at your hotel without Breakfast. Can I order Breakfast directly at the hotel? What is served for Breakfast?

You can order Breakfast directly at the hotel for 1 time or for the entire duration of your stay. Breakfast is continental, selected from the menu. The menu includes hot dishes and cold snacks. Free access to tea and freshly brewed coffee. Breakfast is served from 7.00 am on weekdays and 8.00 am on weekends and is served in the kitchen-dining room or in the room if desired.

We have two children with us - two and five years old. How can we accommodate them in your hotel?

Children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. In this case, we recommend that you book a family room. Adults will be accommodated in a double bed, the older child will take a chair-bed, and we will provide a baby cot for free.
